Mission are hand built at the Orvis Rod Shop in Manchester Vermont, USA, and carry Orvis' 25 year warranty.
Using technology from the manufacture of the Helios 3, they have succeeded in designing two handed rods that stand against compression and effectively dampens the vibrations that occur when throwing. Orvis Mission are rods with great inherent power that help and guide the angler to long and precise casts while still being sensitive and compliant when drilling.
The rods are 4 or 6-piece which is an advantage when man travels.
Matt olive colored blades with orange details. Cork handle with composite cork on exposed areas. Chromed snake rings and rope guide eye with SIC insert. Down-locking roller mount in aluminium. Comes with matching orange rod tube.
